Healing Bodywork by Riley

Just had an awesome massage with this man and wow, he’s got some serious skills! He switched it up just right between deep tissue and these super chill, lighter strokes that just melted my stress away. He’s also super easy to talk to. His place is clean and really well put together (which, btw, describes him, as well), making the whole experience even better. I seriously walked out of there feeling like a new person. Can’t wait to go back!

Riley was really accommodating when I scheduled last-minute, and he didn't disappoint. I instantly felt relaxed meeting him, and the massage itself was one of the best I've had. I plan on seeing him again for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of getting a massage from Riley, and it was one of the best massage experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, Riley was professional, friendly, attentive, and incredibly skilled.

Before the massage, he took the time to ask about my specific needs and any areas of tension or discomfort. Throughout the massage, he checked in with me regularly to be sure the pressure and technique were comfortable and effective.

What really stood out to me was his ability to find and release tension in areas that I didn't even realize were tight. I left the session feeling completely relaxed and energized. I would highly recommend Riley to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive massage therapist.

I've been getting massages at least once a month in San Diego for the last several years (other than when Covid shut everything down). I have tried a bunch of massage therapists in the city and I rarely went back for a 2nd session — that is until I booked a session with Riley. He is genuinely nice, professional and intuitive. He pinpoints problem areas and uses just the right amount of pressure. He's honestly the best massage therapist I have used in a long time. Now that we’re both fully vaccinated I’m back to getting monthly massage from him and he just keeps getting better. He obviously takes pride in his space, as well (clean, comfortable, well decorated, great art on the walls which he changes up all the time, great music — not that mind-numbing new age noise you usually hear during massage). Do not hesitate to try him out, I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

I love this. His space is welcoming and comfortable. Great art on the walls, heated space. He’s got great taste in music for the session which was an added bonus. He’s very friendly — able to be quiet when I wanted quiet but also a good conversationist when I wanted it. Felt like he actually enjoys his work. He knows his stuff as far as massage technique — gave a good combination of what I think of as Swedish and deep-tissue — a mix of therapeutic and relaxing. He made sure I knew I could let him know if I was uncomfortable in any way- pressure, room temp, etc. You won’t be disappointed.

After several weeks of traveling, I needed a massage badly before my next round of travel and booked with Riley based on his profile, reviews and training. Was the best choice I ever made. His hands are magical and by touch read exactly where the tension is. Pressure and technique is perfect. I left rejuvenated and ready to take on the world (again). Very nice guy also with a comfortable table and very pleasant studio. Riley is my masseur for San Diego and I recommend him highly.

Riley's space is warm, clean, and inviting with easy parking in a great neighborhood. He was engaging, and welcoming, making me feel comfortable immediately. Riley is an intuitive massage therapist and checks in frequently throughout the session. He made me feel super relaxed, so much so that I took a 45 minute nap when I got home. That evening I slept soundly for the first night in a week. Riley is a professional who absolutely knows what he is doing, and he's nice guy too! I look forward to seeing him again.

Offers a great relaxing massage in a comfortable setting, his skill is apparent, he is accommodating and appears grounded and down to earth which is also good.
