Overview
I strive to create and atmospher where my client can relax, listen to the music and gentle fall in the table, unwinding and diminishing the stress the day. My massage starts out in a Swedish style of long strokes upward to increase blood flow. Pressure is gently increased, deep tissue and some trigger point massage is worked is added into the massage. I like to complete the massage with a gentle neck and scalp massage to bring the body into a full state of rest.
