Overview
I massage by working with the stress and muscular/mental holding patterns of each person.
We all have them whether we are aware of it or not. Every person holds stress differently in their body differently depending on our life circumstances and how we approach them.
After finishing college and massage school, I continued to study in order to broaden my perspective.
I’m located less than twenty minutes outside of downtown Asheville on a mountain top sanctuary. It’s quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view.
