I'm personal trainer with 9 years of experience. confidence is how you feel. My priority great therapeutic deep tissue massage. Im expert in yoga stretching lower back issues nutrition, gym living a disciplined healthy lifestyle.

I offer many different therapeutic techniques in my appointments... that will rejuvenate. I provide a massage that involves the multiple massage techniques. My primary method consists of slow strokes with strong pressure, kneading. I also apply strokes throughout your body. I tend to use a strong amount of pressure, but can employ a lighter technique depending on your preference. My goal is to provide you with a relaxing atmosphere away from your daily stress
