I offer therapeutic massage in a clean safe environment. The focus of my practice is working with men to help them reduce discomfort and to help them achieve a sense of serenity through relaxation. I incorporate stretching, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu Massage, Deep Tissue as well as Myofacial Release.
I provide an initial assessment of postural digression as well as range of motion testing. The assessment and communication tools help us formulate the massage plan that will address the issues you have.
