From beginning to end of each bodywork session, Adam is very comfortable and “in-tune” with you body’s needs.
Adam helped me understand my problem back, tigger points and listened to my points of pain … and I left in much better condition than when I arrived. His technique, knowledge, calming voice and humor, coupled with comfortable studio has made every visit an absolute pleasure. His hints and tips about stretching and not doing too much has improved my well being immensely. Would highly recommend his technique and therapy.

I booked Adam for a massage while on vacation in Ptown and wound up getting 3 sessions over the course of a week. He found and worked out not only my physical knots and misalignments (I work on a computer a lot and play golf, so my body really needed attention) - but his warmth, professionalism, and humor helped me connect to a place of deep relaxation which I hadn't realized I'd been missing. His energy work is also absolutely amazing - and I'm not someone who feels things like that easily. If you want to experience the touch of a true healer, Adam's not to be missed!
