A week after a cross-country flight in which I was folded into the way too small seat, my back, hips, glutes and thighs were sore. I wasn’t moving well and sleeping was uncomfortable. He is a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner whose deep knowledge of physiology allowed him to precisely target where I was having trouble. The hour-long session was exactly what I needed, resulting in much easier motion and significantly less pain. Rob is the real deal and he knows what he is doing. Rob Montana was very relaxing and accommodating. This was my first time having a male masseur and he put me at ease. He made me feel so good by his impeccable touch and technique. He was sure to let me know if any point of the massage there was something that I wanted to change to just let him know. I never had to make such a request. It was a delight and I left much happier and more relaxed than before I came in. I want to see him again and hope to soon.

Hands down, the 90-minute session I had with Rob was one of the highlights of my 2023. It's been a long time since I felt so relaxed and, at the same time, so alive during a massage. Part of that comes from Rob's energy and demeanor. He welcomed me to his studio with a broad smile, and I immediately felt safe and cozy. Once the massage started, I could feel him tailoring his touch to my body, adapting the pressure in response to my reactions. I wished I had him coming to my place, because the only thing I wanted after the session was to fall sleep. It was a wonderful experience. For sure he just got a new regular client.

The pictures are accurate (always a good sign!), and I found him to be a gentle, charming man, totally present in the moment. This the second time I was with Rob. I have had massages in the past but nothing like the sessions with Rob. Hands down he is the best. He is an incredibly nice guy and attractive. The best part of it is he is present and focused on what you are expecting from the massage. If you're going to be in DC you should plan on a session with Rob. I did love the beard. You will not be sorry if you are able to have a session with Rob.

I used to get massages frequently prior to the COVID19 pandemic. My back and legs had been bothering me too much so I finally gave in and scheduled a last-minute appointment, the first after 7 months of quarantine. He was punctual and very friendly, which put me at ease after a few minutes. He alternated the pressure throughout. His easy-going conversation style made for a more relaxing appointment. Best of all, the cat and dogs approved as well. Highly recommended.
