Overview

Hi! My name is Fred, massage therapist, I have been Monterey location since 2013. My studio is about TEN minutes from Monterey and about TWENTY minutes from Salinas, just off of US Highway 68.

My focus is working with men (straight, bi, or gay) from all walks of life. every person, regardless of their age, body type, or lifestyle choices deserves a massage regularly in their life! Whether it be my traditional, deep tissue, sports (stretching), or sports massage, striving... to unlock tight, knotted muscles.

I'm also fully capable of doing a massage based on your specific needs if you feel your body could benefit from that type of attention. My limitations are based on your needs. My goal is to make you immediately comfortable and at ease with me.

I hope that you feel that my massage leaves you feeling rejuvenated, less stressed, with less muscle pain, and more energy for your day!

Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including monkeypox.

I booked a session with Fred at the last minute when I was visiting Monterey. He replied promptly and was able to accommodate me. The place is clean. His massage is top notch - the pressure is consistent and even. Strokes are flowing and rhythmic. He also regularly checked in on me to see how I was doing. All of these made for a very relaxing session. I left his place feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I will definitely book him again when I visit Monterey!

I have been a client of Fred since 2018, and every experience has been more than professional. He has been accommodating on every occasion in terms of my availability, as my work often dictates it. In almost every case, when I finally get to see him in the office, has the talent to identify what type of bodywork needs working on seems rather unique was he seems to find those problematic parts of my shoulders, neck, and back need work on and seems to do it seamlessly. I highly recommend Fred if you can find time to see him.
