Overview

My main goal is to assist the body heal and relax with my bodywork. I offer a relaxing touch, therapeutic touch or a combination of both.

My approach starts with Swedish strokes which then transitions into a more therapeutic touch. If you are standing all day, sitting at a desk all day or just need help relaxing, I can help! My specialty is upper back and neck but I am trained to provide full bodywork.
