Have been helping people improve and heal for 3 decades. I am also a life long competitive athlete with mastery level understanding of kinetics, energy flow.

This was my second session with Frank and was very happy to find it just as good as the first one. He has a very calming presence and after a friendly welcome, we talked about my trouble spots, main complaints, and goals for the session, then he got to work.
He began the massage with some lighter touch, I think to investigate my main complaints then used his strength and skill to work the tension and pain out of those areas. Frank understands that our bodies are intricate systems, each area connected and dependent on others which gives him the edge over other therapists. He was very good about checking in to be sure the pressure was good and not too much, like I said, he’s strong.
When he finished I was so relaxed I had to sit in my car for a bit before I was confident I could drive home.
One of the very best massages I’ve had in my life and I’m looking forward to being a regular on Frank’s table!

With a strong and firm touch guided by intuition and knowledge of anatomy, Frank's incredible massage is amazingly relaxing and therapeutic. He consistently locates where my tension lies and works it out with his expert hands. While his warm and comfortable personality make Frank's massage experience so enjoyable, this man definitely has the strength and stamina to go the extra mile and work out all of your knots. I look forward to booking another session with Frank soon.
