My relaxing massage session is based on Swedish massage with the integration of reflexology, and trigger point therapy to bring calm to the mind and body, easing the nervous system.
My therapeutic massages are a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and stretches to help relieve pain and restore mobility.
