Hi, I’m Lyle Rose,

I graduated from Everest College’s year-long massage therapy and bodywork program in 2014. Since then, I’ve worked at top-tier spas across the country, including Kabuki Springs and Japanese Baths in San Francisco, Vida Ayurvedic Concept Spa in Seattle, and The Equinox Hotel in New York.

Located in a private studio two blocks from Alberta Park, my massage studio (pictured above) is a beautiful healing space. It features a wood-burning stove for chilly winter...More days, air conditioning for the summer, skylight with a beautiful juniper tree above, a table warmer, and a comfortable face cradle and table setup.

My massage style combines a flowing warm-up, acupressure therapy, deep tissue techniques, reflexology on the feet, and a comprehensive integration period. If something is bothering you, I will listen and work with you until it feels resolved. You can also come in simply for a relaxing full-body reset and refresh.
