Just to give some insight on my services. I give a full body stretch / break up the tensed / tight muscle(s) ending with a rubdown / massage concentrating on your focused areas. I have been in the Health / Wellness field for 9 years; exploring my passion to help people feel and perform to the best of their ability, physically and mentally. My muscle recovery clients will leave refreshed, rejuventated, relaxed and released of any stress / tension that you may have experienced...More beforehand. I promote an easy, calm embracing atmosphere to wind down and embrace the session. Just to be respectful of my schedule, I will need at least a 3-4 hour advance notice before booking. Stretching will be applied on requested areas. Open to age / race / body types. ****Verification is required before booking an appointment, no exceptions.
