I have over 30 years of experience in massage therapy and bodywork, and in energy healing modalities and spiritual disciplines. I am now focusing mostly on Reiki and energy healing, and Shamanic healing, an ancient practice that helps brings the whole person into a balanced state. I have taken a myriad of continuing education workshops, and have certifications in traditional Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Karuna Reiki, along with formal Shamanic healing training.
