Based in Austin, TX, I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner offering intuitive bodywork...
I naturally gravitate towards the places in your body that are calling for attention... My goal is to remove both physical & energetic blockages... to reintroduce you to a natural state of balance & well being.

Our whole body is connected... & this means that rather than focusing on one particular area, I will move across the entirety of your being. I pinpoint areas through intuition, & will spend more time...More in the areas calling for it.

Cacao To Connect:
I will prepare organic ceremonial cacao which is used to bring about sensations of satisfaction & embodiment. We will begin by setting your intention, breathing deeply, enjoying the cacao & present moment. This will then lead into massage session.

Reiki:
An ancient form of energy healing originating from India (reintroduced in Japan), it works to remove energetic stagnation and blockages through a series of hand-placements across the body. This often results in emotional release, feeling "lighter", and an overall enhanced state of well being.
