Mindful SLOW massage. I coach you on breath work throughout. Can go one hour but preferably you can give me an hour & a half. This is deep tissue on areas that need it/more soothing on others. Be good to yourself bc you deserve it. Whether you choose me or another masseur, you've taken a good first step in being kinder & more caring of YOU. Just back from a month in Bali where I picked up a few new... strokes. Ask me about my acupressure mat. This is like resting on a 'bed of nails' . Improves circulation, helps w sleeping concerns & feels amazing. Possible 4-handed sessions available. Remember, 'self-care is not selfish'. Be good to YOU. ♡
