Mindful SLOW massage. I coach you on breath work throughout. Can go one hour but preferably you can give me 90 -minutes or 2 hours. This is deep tissue on areas that need it/more soothing on others. Be good to yourself bc you deserve it. Whether you choose me or another masseur, you've taken a good first step in being kinder & more caring of YOU. Recently was in Bali for a month. I picked up a few new... strokes there. Ask me about my acupressure mat. This is like resting on a 'bed of nails' . Improves circulation, helps w sleeping concerns & feels amazing. Possible 4-handed sessions available. Remember, 'self-care is not selfish'. Be good to YOU. ♡
