Intuitive and professionally skilled bodywork that facilitates your body’s natural ability to heal and restore.

I offer a therapeutic approach to my practice that is tailored based on your existing/pre-existing ailments and aimed towards providing you relief from life’s routine impacts. My work is a blend of Swedish/Eastern based techniques with deep tissue/myofascial release elements.

Whether you are an individual that is highly active or perhaps have a routine job that has you sitting/standing...More/bending all day, you’ll be in great hands with my work to relax and reset your flow.

Evenings and weekends are my main availability points. Feel free to reach out to set some time up.

NOTE: I work best with advance planning given the nature of my routine, but will coordinate same day bookings where possible.
