I will create a safe, open-minded, and relaxing environment to unwind, alleviate soreness, & achieve overall well-being & invigoration. My technique consists of long, slow movements from head to toe. I draw from various techniques, ranging from Swedish to deep tissue. Lay down and enjoy a relaxing session with soft music & calming scents.
