I'm a trained graduate of massage from a nationally approved school and keep my licenses current by taking 24 educational units every 2 years. Being super present throughout the massage & connecting with the client especially in the intake process is key with my work. I take an Asian style approach with long, full body strokes that can range from light, medium, or firmer pressure that...More helps with circulation and areas that are sore.I use hot stones w- every massage to soften the muscle so I can go deeper in target areas. Gentle Thai stretching techniques are applied to carefully get you to your edge. This integrative work is very slow moving and soothing helping clients reach a level of deep relaxation. A heated table and aromatherapy are used in the massage to enhance the experience. I offer two handed and four handed with another licensed therapist upon request. I enjoy working with all body types and especially the GLBTQ plus. This is a private, boutique style, one to one, Japanese inspired, downtown spa setting that is smoke free, pet free, and a safe place to allow your emotions and your body the care and comfort it needs and deserves.
