Touch for Health is an approach to restoring our natural power and surrendering. Based and inspired by deep tissue massage, Acupressure techniques, aromatherapy and environmental sound. All working together to improve postural balance and reduce physical/mental pain and tension. The body is a coherent whole with different systems and functions. When we have improved the muscle by restoring the energy flow a great relief to the organs, we become healthy. Stretching exercises and vibrations therapy also offered in session.
