Hi fellas! I'm Jamar - a highly skilled massage therapist and yoga instructor here in Atlanta. People and wellness are two of my passions! I provide each client with an intuitive bodywork experience that's customized to their individual needs at that time. My studio is a short walk from most downtown Atlanta hotels, or you can opt for the same experience from the comfort of your home, hotel, or office.

With years of experience in the massage and yoga... industries, I lean into each client with intuitive, therapeutic care - regardless of who they are! Whether you're looking to alleviate muscle tension, recover from an injury, indulge in some much needed 'me time', or are in need of touch therapy - I got you! From targeted deep tissue work to soothing Swedish massages, I employ a diverse range of techniques to deliver a transformative experience.
