My name is Alan.
I'm a certified massage therapist.
I offer 60 and 90-minute massage sessions.
A 90-minute massage allows me to work additionally on problem areas of the body, such as muscle spasms, knots, tight muscles after a workout, or ligaments or muscle stretching.
I know deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage techniques, which allow me to control the pressure and intensity during bodywork.
