Hi! My name's Jon. I'm an LMT working here in Austin for one more week.

Massage has so much potential! Whether it’s the calming of one’s nervous system, facilitating physical change within the body, or simply the providing of a safe space to receive therapeutic touch - massage can bring more ease & balance into our lives and improve our well-being.

I strive to create a therapeutic space for people of any identity. I’m passionate about this...More work and wholeheartedly believe in its capacity. My style of massage is intuitive, trauma-informed and built on a foundation of Myofascial, Deep Tissue, and Swedish but I incorporate my knowledge of Structural Integration, Neuromuscular, Thai, and Craniosacral as well. My goal is to assist you in feeling more aware of and at home in your body and in turn, more resilient to living within a web of oppressive systems.

Feedback is encouraged throughout our session - while I am the massage professional, you are the expert of your own body and your input can be so impactful. With that being said, you're also more than welcome to lean into deep relaxation.
