I offer 3 general types of massage:

Relaxation -.The intent of this massage is to awaken your muscles, balance your energy, increase circulation & leave you feeling great! Using a variety of modalities - this is most like a combination Swedish Session with Aromatherapy, Thai Massage.

Therapeutic - This session is dedicated to deep work, targeting specific areas & tailored to...More persistent issues. Strategies utilized are Trigger Point, Deep Tissue and Myo Fascial Therapies, Assisted Stretching & more.

Energetic - This experience resets your whole body with a focus on the nervous system & supporting your emotional state. I use gentle touch, point work, compressions, and energy work, primarily, Shiatsu, Polarity Therapy, Breathwork, Thai Stretching.
