Stress Relief by Rolf

Had a very enjoyable and relaxing bodywork session with Rolf this morning. He is a kind and thoughtful gentleman with intuitive hands. Rated him 5 Stars.

Rolf is such a nice and kind man. Just to meet him is an extra bonus. Then came the massage, he is very talented and skilled. He was the first person to work out the stress in my upper back and neck. The release of tension in this area was a joy I have not felt in year's. I woke up this morning with no neck or upper back pain, I have pain in the area for year's. I can't thank Rolf enough and look forward to being under his care again. Thank you so much. Can I adopt you? Seriously

I had a great massage experience with Rolf. His space was very comfortable, quiet and very relaxing. He was able to find and work all the trigger points and he didn't rush. When I left, I was so relaxed and ready to take on the day. I recommend him for bodywork if you have a chance to book with him.

Was easy to book with Rolf. Had not seen him in many years. He responded to my emails quickly and gave simple directions to his location. His studio in his apartment is absolutely fantastic!! So tranquil and the lighting, candles, fish tank and music made the environment so enjoyable. His touch and massage technique is as fantastic as I remember years ago.
He worked on my back, neck, shoulder blades for a long time and they needed that. He made me feel so wonderful throughout and was so relaxed about our 90 minute time. Offered me a shower and that was great too. Thanks again Rolf for a great one!! Mark

Rolf is an excellent masseur. During my visits to Phx had all kinds of problems. He provided a much needed place to be. Warm personality. Very nice atmosphere. You will really like the massage. He is so helpful.

I had a really relaxing experience with Rolf. The holidays were stressing my out and I had a lot of family in town and so I was very grateful that I was able to book with Rolf and see him that same day for massage. He was very welcoming and gave off the vibe of having a really kind spirit.

He got right to work on my shoulder and neck, finding and working out the knots without me having to say much at all. He was very attentive and really helped me with my lower back, which is often pretty messed up from working a desk job for long shifts for many years. I was a little sore the next day but the day after that my lower back felt better than it has in such a long time.

Afterward Rolf brought me a bottled water and showed me to the shower and before I left he even had homemade Christmas cookies!

It was, all in all, a very pleasant experience and I look forward to my next massage appointment

This year makes 11 years of my coming to Rolf for his massage. The only thing better than his personal attention to details and the comfortable and safe surroundings of his home are his touch and his undivided attention to the type of massage I need each time I come to him. When the front door closes after entering his home I always feel like I have escaped the pressures and the problems of the world and my reality into a paradise where I am king! Thank you Rolf for the greatest most comfortable massages in all of Phoenix and this testimonial is long overdue.
