During this stress period, massage can help you to rejuvenate, relax and be more energetic to receive positive energy.

My massage takes place in a very relaxed environment, bay view in a very peaceful room where you can feel the energy vibrating your body and healing it. The massage I offer can go... from deep to light pressure depending on your needs.

I’m not only a massage therapist certified but also a personal trainer.
